Oprah Winfrey made a bold statement: you can eat bread and still lose weight. But that work for everyone?

Tycoon media , speakers and own a part of weight Watchers – sent diet of the world into a frenzy Tuesday after she wrote on Twitter with a promotional video to lose weight from companies professing her love for carbs with meals, and the announcement lost 26 pounds.
