Enjoy this decadent chocolate truffles flavored coffee easier than piensa- no small chef's delight.

Only a few ingredients to start, including cream, butter, espresso powder and courseâ € | to make a delicious chocolate truffle ganache. Refrigerate the ganache and use a tablespoon 1 inch (or hands) to form small balls are bite size.

Chocolate Truffles Café

Makes 24 truffles

¾ cup cream
2 tbsp. Butter
4 tsp. Espresso powder
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Cocoa powder coating

1 Heat the cream, butter and espresso powder in heavy saucepan, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat just before it begins to boil and stir with a whisk.
2 Pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate and let stand for one minute. Then stir until the chocolate and cream melted, combined and smooth.
3 Pour the chocolate ganache in a small baking dish. Cool to room temperature and then allowed to cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Use to form small round balls fall from ganache and place on a baking sheet in wax paper spoon. Change the shape of the hand when necessary and to the fridge to cool for a few minutes.
4 Roll balls to coat in cocoa powder.
5 in a refrigerator until ready to serve.
