Call it what you â € "love handles, spare tire, the best muffins â €" but people ask me a lot about how to remove the extra padding on the sides of the waist. The following are my three keys to his cut "fat side."

Sliced ??vegetables (fiber) and a bean dip and hummus (protein)

Greek yogurt (protein) with chia seeds and raspberries (fiber)

Burn fat. A gym or training for a marathon do not need to burn fat. I tell all my clients the best way to stay fit is to spend the whole day. While you are on the phone, if you stand in line, if you wait for your coffee to brew, only to move. Your Fitbit (Activity Monitor) must be at least 10,000 steps at the end of the day. In fact, some of my clients over 14,000 per day!

If you have a gym membership, but I hate cardio (I'm the first to admit it can be boring, treadmill), submit some new favorite programs or Netflix from your phone or iPad, and you will be Thousands have steps in a very short time.

Two minutes of intensive cardio bursts add during the day to large. Keep a jump rope and jump on his desk for a few minutes or up and down the stairs a few times a day. In a sweat, you're done. And keep in mind â € "it's really add up!
