Freddy, My Love? Fat: Live Songs That Can’t Admit

Fans of the 1978 film version of Salo, it will be a big surprise if Fox live tv broadcast successful Aires-the musicals the night of Sunday – there’s even more love songs!

“Fat is a spectacle that the whole world knows,” Fox Danny Zuko (Broadway star Aaron Tveit) tells PEOPLE. “We will do everything possible to pay homage to the versions that people don’t know, but we also make our own and create something completely new.”

Fat: Live combines the elements written out of the film and the original 1973 Broadway production, and brand new scenes and songs for the live show.

Here are five songs that will be available again for some viewers:

“Freddy, My Love”
“I think people will be surprised, ‘Freddy, My love” because he [phase] – the musical, but not in the film,” says Domingo de La ROSA wife Marty (Keke Palmer). “The way that we implement, is really funny. We were not sure that we will be able to, drag it beyond the logistics, but it seems that they all work and incredibly nice.”

“Those Magic Changes”
This is another song from the Broadway musical, which was added to Fox live on TV. As at the production stage, the song will be Sunday through T-Bird Doody (Liv and Maddie Jordan Fischer).

“It’s Raining on prom night”
In the initial period of sand production, is not achieved, enjoy the hand Jive dance at school, like Olivia Newton-John John Travolta in the classic movie. Instead, the new girl in town will be located on the left side, about the weather (and tears). That’s where this tune.

Fun fact: film fans have heard of “Freddy, My love”, “Those Magic changes” and “it’s Raining in prom night.” Three songs play in the background while the jukebox during the scene in the diner.

“All I Want Is An Angel”
It wrote the new track was primarily for Sunday’s broadcast.

“We are very excited,” Executive producer Marc Platt said, this is a new song that was written by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey (besides the Usual), the character Frenchy (“Call Me Maybe” singer Carly Rae Jepsen).

“The Cake For The Ocean”
Joe Jonas and his band DNCE will take the stage at the Rydell dance johnny casino and the gamblers (played by the band Sha Na Na in the film 1978).

In addition to “Born To Hand Jive” and “rock-n-roll to Stay”, Sha Na Na, performed in the film – DNCE play the version from buddy Holly and the crickets’ “maybe (baby)” and her current hit on the radio, cake “Across the ocean.”
